Steve Lundergan, President
Mr. Lundergan’s business background spans 36 years. More than two-thirds of that time has been spent operating companies principally owned by him. Since beginning his career in the Leasing and Finance industry in 1978, he has been active in every area of the industry from sales to senior management. In 1988 he formed his own equipment leasing company and served as CEO until assuming the role of President of Vision Commerce in 2002.
M. Kirk Hall, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Hall's background in business operations and computer technology provides the foundation for his role as Chief Technology Officer at Vision Commerce. Graduating magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry in 1991, he joined Midwest Research Institute as a chemist in 1992. He advanced through a series of promotions at MRI, which included Manager of the Software Development Group and ended with Director of the Information Services Department. Mr. Hall accepted the position of Chief Technology Officer of Vision Commerce in October of 2000. In his initial assignment with the company, Mr. Hall was invited to and participated in the early adopter program for Microsoft's .NET products as part of an elite group of IT professionals from around the world. With the assistance of Microsoft, their staff and facilities in Redmund Washington, Mr. Hall designed and implemented the first commercially functional .NET solution in the US while still in the Beta version.
Katie Farrell - Vice President of Operations
Ms. Farrell has 27 years of experience in the equipment leasing industry which immediately followed her graduation from the University of Missouri in 1983. Ms. Farrell served as President of a St. Louis based leasing company from 1995 through 2000 where she played an integral role in fully automating the company's systems and procedures. Armed with her extensive knowledge of the equipment leasing business and system automation, Ms. Farrell took a position at Vision Commerce as the Vice President of Operations where she is responsible for implementing the Company's hosted solutions and managing the Vision support team.
Brett Bartholomew - Product Manager
Mr. Bartholomew has been serving in the computer industry for over 16 years. Graduating from Iowa State University in 1997 with a Bachelors degree in Management of Information Systems, he has worked to develop solutions for clients, both public and private sector. Throughout his career he has helped develop software and solutions, providing an innovative and cost-effective approach. In 2008, Mr. Bartholomew joined Vision Commerce as Product Manager and is responsible for developing enhancements to the solution and working with clients to deliver customized solutions.
Carey Loomis - Senior Programmer
Mr. Loomis has 31 years of business experience as a project leader, business systems analyst, technical consultant, and programmer. He is highly skilled in all phases of project development from initial fact gathering meetings to defining project scope, requirements, deliverables, design, coding, testing, and implementation. From 1992 through 2000, Mr. Loomis managed his own consulting company providing dozens of IT solutions to clients through application of advanced technologies and superior project management. In November of 2000, Mr. Loomis accepted the position of Senior Programmer of Vision Commerce in time to particpate in Microsoft's early adopter program for .NET with Kirk Hall, the company's CTO.
