Vision Commerce understands that finance companies have diverse origination needs based on business methodology, size, and availability of internal IT resources. We developed the Vision Framework to serve as a customizable base to satisfy these varying requirements. To best accommodate different business models and budgets, we deliver solutions on this flexible framework through several licenses:

Service License

Companies with limited local technology resources and/or modest customization requirements can utilize a Service License. This pay-as-you-go option offers quick, economical access to the core origination capabilities in the Vision Framework with pre-defined formats and workflow. Using this license, clients hit the ground running with an Internet-based, business-to-business origination capability.

A Service License is available in two levels:

Unlimited Applications – Companies with higher transaction volumes benefit from an unlimited application service license. There is a initial license fee and a set monthly usage charge for the first 50 active users.

Per Application – For those with limited application volume, this economical method allows a big Internet presence and process automation with limited resources. There is a modest initial license fee and a per-application processing fee.

Service License customers may upgrade to higher licensing levels as business conditions change.

Full License

Clients with significant customization and/or integration needs can select a Full License. This option offers a fully customized solution on dedicated equipment.

If this method is selected, Vision Commerce will install, test, and provide the training required so that the Client can not only run but also manage the system. Typically, Full License clients customize the system to meet their specific workflow, scoring, pricing, and documentation requirements. An annual maintenance agreement is required for ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

A full license can be installed on equipment in the customer’s facilities or managed by Vision Commerce in our hosting facility. A local installation allows for easier integration with in-house systems. A hosted solution relieves the client of the administrative burden while providing safe and universal access through the Internet.
